Health, Safety and Environment Policy Statement
An HSE policy statement is a document that describes the formal commitment of Process Components Limited's (ProCom) Management Team in ensuring a well defined HSE Management System is designed and implemented. The Company's Policy Statement will set an overall sense of direction and principle of actions which will clearly outline the health, safety and environmental aims and objectives as well as responsibilities at each level of operation. Process Components Limited (ProCom) is committed to being an industry leader in health, safety and environmental practices. This commitment is upheld through an integrated management system to focus our business activities and continually improve our health, safety and environmental performance. It applies to the complete life cycle of our business - from an acquisition, to operations, service and sales. The system is used to capture, organize and document ProCom's commitment and expectations when it comes to managing our health, safety and environmental responsibilities.
Scope and Application
The HSE Management System applies to all HSE related matters arising out of all activities and operations controlled by Process Components Limited (ProCom) and its related companies. It also applies to the impact of those activities and operations on Employees, Contractors, the environment and the communities in which the company operates. All of ProCom's businesses are required to provide appropriate information and to take appropriate actions as required by the HSE Management System to ensure compliance with Law, Regulation, National and International HSE Requirements and best practices. The HSE Management System is premised on the beliefs that effective management of Health, Safety and the Environment is based on a systematic approach to continual improvement with appropriate Governance structures set in place. Each of us has a clearly defined and unambiguous accountability that must be met to achieve that objective.
